CoachDesk is a fully responsive web application that works beautifully on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop. You don't need to download anything. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap for 2026.
Absolutely. You can add as many locations as you teach at — courts, gyms, pools, or outdoor spaces. Each lesson is tied to a specific location so students always know where to show up.
Your data is yours. If you cancel, you can request the export of all your student information and lesson history. We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you decide to reactivate.
(Coming after the beta) Yes. Students can cancel or request a reschedule directly from their dashboard. You'll be notified immediately and can approve or suggest an alternative time. Cancellation policies are flexible — set them to match your business rules.
